Collections In order to minimise risk if you wish to collect directly from the mill we please ask that you either place your orders online or telephone 01948 880598 so that your order can be processed and payment taken before your arrival.  Once on site please remain in your vehicle and a member of the team will help assist you. Deliveries For customers wishing to have orders delivered please note that we endeavour to dispatch your items as quickly as possible using a Next Day service as standard on all orders.  Due to the increase in demand our courier partners are now working at maximum capacity and you may experience a slight delay on delivery from the estimate delivery schedule.  Couriers are now also operating a ‘Contact Free’ delivery which means you will not be required to physically sign the handheld scanner as the driver will do this on your behalf when leaving your parcel with you.
