Built around our Insecta Pro base mix, this formulation delivers a natural insect-based profile designed to closely mimic a carp’s natural diet and trigger a strong feeding response.

Bait Profile
Designed to provide natural attraction and high nutritional value, this mix combines insect proteins with a blend of vegetable proteins, milk powders, seeds, and yeasts.
Incorporating black soldier fly larvae and our exclusive Insecta Amino, the formulation delivers a strong amino acid profile while remaining highly digestible. This helps promote confident, prolonged feeding and supports consistent results across a wide range of conditions. Developed with sustainability in mind, it offers a versatile and dependable bait option suitable for use all year round.
The included plum flavour provides a smooth, naturally sweet profile that complements the insect-based mix. Subtle yet effective, it creates a balanced attraction that performs particularly well on pressured waters, while remaining versatile across different conditions and bait applications.
How to Use
Step 1 – Mix Dry Ingredients
Add all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 2 – Add Water
Gradually add approximately 350ml of water (including the plum flavour), mixing until a consistent dough forms.
Step 3 – Knead
Knead well to activate binders and improve rolling quality, then wrap in cling film and allow to rest for 15 minutes.
Step 4 – Roll
Roll into sausages, cut to size, and shape into baits.
Step 5 – Boil
Boil for approximately 90 seconds, depending on bait size.
Step 6 – Dry
Air dry for 24 hours before use or freezing.
Tip:
If the mix is too wet, add a small amount of base mix. If too dry, lightly dampen your hands.
Recommended Use
For best results, use with a rolling table or sausage gun to ensure consistent bait size and finish.

Large vs Small Orders
Small orders are orders that weigh less than 110Kg or contain less than 6 items, delivery price from £2.90. These orders will be dispatched by parcel courier. Large orders over 110Kg and containing 6 items or more will be dispatched by pallet network from £30.00
